These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vedojas website and your purchase of products from it. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Delivery information.
1. About Us
This website is operated by Vedojas. When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Vedojas; "you" means anyone using the site or buying from it.
2. Using the Website
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or order under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You agree to give accurate, current and complete information when you register, check out or contact us, and to keep your account password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must not misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, copy its content in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
3. Products and Health Information
- Our products are Ayurvedic proprietary medicines and wellness supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Information on this website, including articles, ingredient descriptions and product benefits, is for general awareness only and is not medical advice.
- Read the label before use and follow the recommended dosage. Consult a qualified doctor or Ayurvedic practitioner before use if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking other medication, or have a medical condition.
- Results vary from person to person. Product pictures are for illustration; packaging may differ slightly.
4. Prices and Orders
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
- Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email or dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the delivery address is not serviceable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid for an order we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
- Coupon and partner codes are subject to their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.
5. Payment
- You can pay online through our payment partner Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) or, where available for your PIN code, by cash on delivery.
- Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
- For cash on delivery, please keep the exact order amount ready for the courier. We may withdraw cash on delivery for an address or customer after repeated refused deliveries.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India through our courier partners. Delivery estimates shown on the site are indicative and may vary with location, courier operations and events outside our control. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for details. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel an order from your account while it is still being processed, before it is packed for dispatch. Once an order has been packed or shipped it can no longer be cancelled online; please contact us and we will help where we can. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are made to the original payment method.
8. Returns and Refunds
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, tampered with or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. Where the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash on delivery orders, normally within 7–10 working days of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Vedojas name and logo, text, images, designs and graphics, belongs to Vedojas or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products, including loss caused by use contrary to the label or to medical advice. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
13. Grievances and Contact
If you have a question or complaint about an order or these terms, please contact us using the details on our Contact page. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
